How do I cancel my account?

To submit a cancellation request, follow these three easy steps.

    * First, log into your client account located in the top right corner of http://support.yareo.net Once logged in, your client area will appear with a column of options on the left hand side.

    * Next, select "My Products and Services" or "My Hosting Packages" from the column on the left. A window will appear containing your current services. Select "View Details" next to the service you wish to cancel.

    * Finally, scroll to the bottom of the screen, where you will see the "Cancellation Request" button. Select it, and it will give you the option to cancel straight away, or at the end of your billing cycle. You should receive a confirmation email once this process is complete.

If you are using paypal, you will need to cancel your subscription from your paypal account, to prevent continuous billing. We can't do this for you, you'll need to do this before the next payment automatically comes out.
