Majordomo is included with all accounts - however, the helpdesk staff can not help you troubleshoot issues with it - or assist with the setup/use of it.
Quite honestly, we think it's an awful implementation of a great script. The DA version is so convoluted, it doesn't work with normal majordomo commands, etc.
Many people here have it working on their accounts - we know it works, but we can't help with it. Please check our user forums for more information or to see if someone can help you out with your specific issue.
